Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be in writing to DMD Staff and within 60 days from the date of your registration. A refund, minus $150 may be issued. If your total registration fee is less than $150, a 20% cancellation fee will be assessed and the remaining amount will be refunded. Cancellation requests after March 22 will not be eligible for a refund. All requests will be reviewed and processed within 72 business hours.
Conference Participants with Disabilities
DMD welcomes individuals with disabilities to participate in the conference. If you are a speaker or attendee in need of unique accommodations, please contact the DMD Staff.
