Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, a refund, minus $150 will be issued. If your total registration fee is less than $150, a 20% cancellation fee will be assessed and the remaining amount will be refunded. Cancellations must be in writing to DMD Staff and within 60 days from the date of your registration. Cancellation requests after April 14 will not be eligible for a refund. All requests will be reviewed and processed within 72 business hours.

Conference Participants with Disabilities
DMD welcomes individuals with disabilities to participate in the conference. If you are a speaker or attendee in need of unique accommodations, please contact the DMD Staff.

Conference Communications
DMD staff will send important emails to attendees. Add [email protected] to your contacts to ensure that you receive all communications.

Important Notes

  • All 2026 DMD rates include lunch. The DMD Conference makes every effort to provide GF, DF, and Vg meal options. If you have dietary requirements that are not listed, please email [email protected].
  • Online registration closes April 6, 2026 at 11:59 pm CST. Rates will increase April 7, 2026.
  • Onsite registration will be available at McNamara Alumni Center (Tues. & Wed. Only).
  • *Students that are presenting papers or posters should register under the student option.
