Final Paper Submission

Notes before submitting:

Triple check your work. All of the below formatting and forms must be followed for your paper to be published. Once submitted to ASME, edits will no longer able accepted.

Paper Formatting Rules

  • Use the required ASME paper template.
  • Is you paper's header & footer correct?
  • Is your paper a minimum of 2 pages and a maximum of 6 pages in length including references.
  • Paper file name: DMD2026-10XX.pdf

Paper Number Rules

  • Your ASME paper number is DMD2026-10XX.
    • Replace the XX with the EasyChair submission number (02, 03... 10, 11, 12, etc).
  • Did you change the paper number from red to black font?
  • Did you remove the * from the paper number?

Copyright Form Rules

  • Each co-author must sign** their own copyright form.
  • Your full ASME paper number needs to be written out on page one.
  • One author should collect all signed forms and submit them as individual files.
  • Copyright form names: DMD2026-10XX-LastName.pdf
    • If multiple co-authors share the same last name, add the first initial: DMD2026-10XX-Initial-LastName.pdf
